The Challenge
Ranch Investor’s existing website was hindering their business goals. The site suffered from a number of issues, including inconsistent design, slow loading times, and poor readability. These factors negatively impacted user experience and SEO performance, leading to a low search engine ranking and reduced user engagement.
One of the most pressing issues was the unreadable podcast titles on the “All Episodes” page. This problem was caused by an outdated plugin, Dynamic.ooo – Dynamic Content for Elementor, that was no longer supported. The plugin’s incompatibility with the website’s design and layout resulted in a visual mismatch, making the titles difficult to read.
My Approach
To address these challenges, I implemented a comprehensive website overhaul.
- I standardized the design system ensuring consistency and readability across all devices.
- I redesigned the website to create a modern and engaging user experience, optimizing navigation and content hierarchy.
- To streamline operations and improve lead management, I integrated Elementor forms with Monday CRM using Make (Integromat). This automation eliminated manual data entry, reduced response times, and provided valuable insights into customer behavior.
- The outdated “Dynamic.ooo – Dynamic Content for Elementor” plugin, no longer available on WordPress, was causing the unreadable podcast titles. To resolve this, I did extensive research and found that I couldn’t update the plugin due to licensing restrictions. Instead, I leveraged Elementor Pro’s loop grid element to recreate the desired design, successfully restoring readability and functionality.
By addressing these critical areas, I significantly enhanced the website’s overall performance and user satisfaction.

The existing homepage and blog layout were outdated and poorly structured, resulting in high bounce rates and reduced engagement. To revitalize their online presence and better align with their “magician” brand archetype, I redesigned these pages using a modern, maximalist aesthetic. The new design features improved navigation, enhanced readability, and a strong visual hierarchy. By striking a balance between bold design elements and accessibility, I was able to create a website that is both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly. This transformation not only improved the website’s overall look and feel but also contributed to increased user engagement and conversion rates.
